1. Take up yoga

Yoga is a great way to keep healthy and also keep your mind calm🧘‍♀️. Try doing a few minutes of basic yoga in the morning with some chill music before you start your day! I promise you you will feel heaps better :) -ps also without disrupting your neighbours with intense star jumps!

2. Go for a morning jog

wake up early and do a jog around the block- or if you're up for it, at your local park. A jump start to your day and get those endorphines pumping whilst getting some of that crisp morning air🍃🍃🍃!

3. A little goes a long way

Even on a day where you're stuck to your desk for the whole day, moving even for a jug of water to your kitchen every hour is great to release strain on your muscles! Set an alarm ⏰⏰ on your phone so that you remember to move around here and there. (p.s. keep that posture straight!)

a healthy body = a healthy mind!
